tea point 300x380

Each hire space has a (free of charge) kitchenette as in the little photo here to make your own drinks. These have everything you'll need to make a cuppa (except tea / coffee / milk supplies) as well as drinking water. They are each equipped with kettles, mugs, glasses, and washing up stuff. You could borrow our urn for larger numbers – please let us know at the time of booking.

You are welcome to bring in your own lunch / food, or organise and bring in your own catering.

We invite you to enjoy the food in our nicely rustic vegetarian cafe next door - the Old School Cafe - which is currently open for breakfast and lunch - 9.15am till 2.30pm (last orders 2pm, take away only after then) for fresh homemade yummy food. They also offer gluten free and vegan options, and have particularly child friendly days on a Mon and Thurs with toys set up. You can book a group lunch in advance by calling Hayley on 01284 756860 or email her This email address is being protected from spambots. The cafe is staffed mainly by volunteers and we'd love you to join us by volunteering - you can commit to as many or as few shifts as you would want. You'd be supporting fair trade and making new friends at the same time. Call Hayley on 01284 756860 to chat about applying, or pop in to see her.
